The Libhof Dry Aged DA-52 meat cabinet is a special device for bringing beef meat to an ideal condition. Aging occurs in a dry manner. The model can also be used for making snacks, sausages and cheese aging. The meat cabinet will fit perfectly into the interior of catering establishments, trade, enterprises. It is also suitable for home use. The meat is fermented under ideal conditions: it is easy to set the desired temperature (2-14 C) and humidity (50-85%) in the storage chamber. The impact of harmful bacteria is blocked by a powerful UV lamp and a special filtration system. To ensure ideal humidity inside the refrigerator cabinet, air is exchanged with the external environment. Through the carbon filter, only fresh air penetrates into the cabinet without dust, dirt and foreign odors. The model is made in a steel case. The glass of the door is covered with a protective layer from UV exposure. The cabinet comes with 2 stainless steel shelves, a rod, 4 hooks, a set of lock keys.
